Blacktop Seal & Stripe describes itself on HomeAdvisor as a family owned and operated asphalt maintenance company located in Massachusetts, and says all its sealers are water based and contain ZERO petroleum and ZERO coal. In a 2024 review, Ken responded immediately, gave a quote within a couple of days and did the job within 2 days of the quote, on a large old driveway at a price the review called fair. A 2023 review says cracks were filled and the product was applied by hand, not sprayed. In another 2023 review, Ken sealed and repaired the cracks in a driveway, and that customer said they would hire him again. A separate 2023 review of a driveway sealing describes a punctual quote and a meticulous job. In a 2023 review, the quality of work was called excellent and the price very good, but the grainy surface finish was a disappointment to someone who had expected seal coating to leave a smooth finish.
Ken, Responded immediately and gave us a quote within a couple of days. Also within 2 days of the quote scheduled an appointment and did the job. Ken and his team did a great job on a large old driveway at what I considered to be a fair price . I would highly recommend them.

Cracks were filled and the product is applied by hand, not sprayed, was the way to go for my project. Product is noticeably better than the box store product for sure, very happy with the work Ken and his guys did.
