Booker Electrical Services Inc.

Booker Electrical Services Inc. is a Mansfield, Massachusetts electrical contractor, veteran-owned, in business since 2013 and holding an active Massachusetts Master Electrician license under William Jeffrey Booker. The company does residential, commercial, service, Generac generator, structured-cabling, and EV-charger work across Bristol County, the South Coast, the South Shore, and Cape Cod. The company holds a 4.9-star rating on Google from 42 ratings and an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau, with 33 reviews from 2022 through 2026, most describing Generac generator installation and maintenance. Recent reviews describe named technicians — Pam, and a technician named Jake — praised for skill and professionalism, and earlier reviews describe the team isolating a faulty smoke detector in a hardwired system, upgrading a commercial building to three-phase power and bringing its panels up to code, and upgrading residential service from 100 to 200 amps to prepare for electrified heating and EV charging. BuildZoom's permit records show 306 permitted projects for the company, 119 in the past three years, across towns including Easton, Taunton, Randolph, Braintree, Brockton, and Attleboro. A few things are worth noting. In a July 2026 review, a customer said a shed rewiring job came in above the expected price and that a promised inspection never took place. A 2024 review described trouble reaching the office by phone to schedule an appointment. BuildZoom's own profile page also shows a contradiction — it lists the company's license as active and verified as of April 2026 while separately displaying an alert saying no active license is on file — though the state's own license registry independently confirms the license is active. With a verified active license, an A+ BBB grade, and a deep, largely consistent run of detailed positive reviews centered on generator work and electrical upgrades, Booker Electrical Services is a well-established option for homeowners in southeastern Massachusetts.
