Marcelo (owner) offers a competitive price, he is just not very reliable. Originally hired Boston Home Solutions to repair siding on my home. It was a took two months to come out and fix the siding, but Marcelo and his team offered a competitive price. Hired Marcelo for two other properties to do roofing, gutters, painting, siding repairs, chimney cap, garage, marble vanity and pressure washing. He completed half the job in May 2023 asked for majority payment (I paid cash) and said he would return to complete the job at the end of June 2023. It is now Nov 2023. I've try numerous times to have Marcelo complete the job, but he doesn't respond or replies "I'll call you later to schedule the job" and never does. It feels as if its been a cat and mouse chase. ***Update*** Marcelo reached out to finish the work, I responded and he went quiet. Randomly messaged me one morning that he is on his way to do the chimney cap and I was traveling. He met with my sister who spoke with him and said he seemed very uninterested in doing the work. She said she thinks the chimney needs some work. He didn't bother to look at it and left. There are other things in addition that need to be completed, but I will find another company to finish the job.

Found company on Billerica Facebook reviews there were excellent . When contacted response was immediate , came and reviewed job . presented quote gave us date for job and completed everything in a clean efficient and timely manner . Highly recommend , efficient and responsive .

The crew knew what they were doing. I was satified with what they did.
