I had the spray foam insulation service from Boston Insulation Corp in August 2022. During the service, Julio, the owner had one of his guy park the trailer on my driveway. Their careless work of moving/placing the trailer and the heavy materials scratched multiple long deep cuts on my driveway. When I told and showed Julio the damages, he promised to have someone to come back and fix the cuts. One and half month went by I didn't hear back from him. I started calling and texting him. Finally I got through and talked to him again where he said having someone to check it in few days. Another two weeks passed, no one come. Then I offered him alternative of reimbursement of $300 to me so I would get someone to repair the driveway. Julio texted me ok and agreed to it. He said he will send me a check when he's in office on the coming Friday. That was the last time I hear from him. No check, not even having a little of business ethics to respond.
