Before Sweet's sprayed, one family was pulling ticks off their children and the dog after every trip into the yard. After the first application, writing in June, they weren't. Customers name the technicians as often as the company: Jacob walking a new client's property before the first treatment in May, Ben and Benny on semi-annual inspections through last autumn, Jason on an end-of-season mosquito and tick treatment in October 2025, and Sean coordinating the appointments. The urgent calls are stinging insects and bats. A homeowner phoned at 8:30 on a Monday morning in August 2025 about a wasp nest in a soffit vent and had it removed by three that afternoon. A landlord whose tenants were being chased by increasingly aggressive bees in September 2025 got same-day service after other companies quoted a week out. In May 2026, a customer said the owner came over himself and had a bat out of the house in about two minutes. A farm owner writing in May 2025 had wasps through three horse run-in sheds and across the farmhouse porch after her daughter was stung. The work also goes past spraying. In July 2026, a landlord with four Leominster properties said two voicemails went unanswered and they were going elsewhere.
