Boudreau's Heating works on oil, propane and natural gas furnaces and boilers, according to its own website, which also says the business has 19 years behind it. A 2022 customer said the company removed an old oil boiler and installed a natural gas on-demand system, finishing in 2.5 days when the job was expected to take four. A 2023 customer thanked Jeremy and Tambara for helping keep the family warm on last-minute notice multiple times. In a 2025 Reddit comment, someone who had used Boudreau's in Augusta/Vassalboro called it "Very responsive and reasonable." A 2026 customer wrote that phone calls were not returned and promises were not kept. A 2026 customer said they were strung along instead of being told from the start that the company was not interested in the job, which delayed the project. A 2023 customer said a repair visit on an HTP combi system lasted about 8 hours, left the system leaking natural gas, and drew no response to repeated contact afterward. A 2023 customer who spent $12,000 on a new furnace install said the company now does not service their area. A 2023 customer said ash was left that should have been vacuumed and a flue pipe was broken without them being told.
“I have used Boudreau's in Augusta/Vassalboro. Very responsive and reasonable.”
Would not recommend. Not professional enough to return phone calls. Made promises that were not kept. Just a waste of my time.
Would not recommend. Not considerate enough to return phone calls. If you weren't interested in doing the job, you should have said so from the start.... instead of stringing me along and delaying my project.
You can't get any better service than this and price are amazing ...you guys are the best I have been using them for 10plus years thanks for all that you do
Have used them for years, had been great, but sadly, service has steadily declined. Did they even clean my furnace??? If they did, they certainly didn’t do a good job! Found ash that they should have vacuumed, broke a flu pipe and didn’t bother to tell us, supposedly fixed something in April, it’s not working in Nov.?! Said furnace is acting weird! Um, you were here to fix the furnace! $1000 for what?! Not happy or impressed!! Steer clear!
Wouldn't recommend, they don't service what they sell. Spent $12,000 on a new furnace install from them and now they don't service my area. Not responsive to messages, you have to follow up repeatedly to get a call back that they in fact won't service what they install. Instructed me to use Google. Super bummer.
