BPI Construction Management is a Framingham, Massachusetts construction firm that works on residential and commercial projects, with framing and trim carpentry at the centre of what it is hired for. Its own website, currently under maintenance, describes it as a framing contractor and gives little beyond an office address and contact details; the Better Business Bureau files it under the legal name Building Pros, Inc. with BPI Construction Mgt. as an alternate name, listing 16 years in business, roughly 10 employees, and construction manager J. Dan Ganley. The work it advertises spans additions, custom homes, framing, interior and exterior trim, exterior siding, and multi-residential and commercial properties. BuildZoom's file, matched to the same Framingham street address, shows two building permits — a 2021 rear-deck replacement in Somerville valued at $18,000 and a 2016 commercial renovation in Framingham. The customer record is thin and mostly negative. Google shows 2.3 stars from three ratings. In a 2024 review a customer called the subcontractors unprepared and the management aggressive and rude; in a March 2026 review a homeowner said the crew was 40 minutes late and that the stair framing was so far off that their architect called it the worst work seen in 30 years. The one positive is a June 2025 note calling them good siders who finished ahead of schedule. The most consequential thing on file is not a review. In November 2023 the Massachusetts Attorney General obtained a judgment ordering BPI Construction Management to pay $926,898.06 to the Commonwealth for violating the Massachusetts False Claims Act in connection with prevailing wage theft on two public construction projects; the judgment breaks down as $513,079.84 in damages, $226,752 in punitive damages, $280 in filing fees and $72,000 in attorney's fees. Earlier coverage reported the Attorney General's office alleged the company falsified payroll records, which BPI denied. Anyone considering this firm should ask directly about that judgment and about how crews and subcontractors are supervised on residential jobs, and should confirm current Massachusetts licensing and insurance with the state before signing anything.
“The judgment total was $926,898.06, including damages of $513,079.84, filing fees of $280.00, punitive damages of $226,752.00, and attorney's fees of $72,000.00.”

I can not describe how they possibly could have done this bad of a job. They were 40 minutes late to meet me. Also when they were framing the stairs they made so wrong that the architect said it was the worse thing they seen in 30 years. Never use this company ever for anything.
Great siders, they also finished the work sooner than expect.
Horrible company. Sub contractors they use have no idea about what they do. Management is very aggressive and rude. Zero respect.
