A recent Google customer asked Brad for an estimate to remove a tree and grind the stump at their condo in Wakefield, and praised the pricing as very fair, along with the clean up and the timing. In a 2025 review, a customer said Brad came out with a crew and lots of equipment, and that they worked until all the trees the customer had agreed on cutting down were done. That 2025 customer said the yard was left in the same condition it was in before they arrived, apart from the unwanted trees. Brads Tree Service holds a 4.9-star Google rating from 169 ratings. A 2024 commenter in r/RhodeIsland wrote that they use Brad's Tree service, and rinewstoday.com has run a Business Beat profile of it titled "the rock 'n' roll arborist."
