The technician came over to our business to clean 2 dryer vents. He told me I am breaching the law (I found out later there are no laws around this) for not cleaning the dryer vent for 4 years and this time HE WOULD NOT REPORT ME, if he cleans the vents. He charged me 3 times more than other estimates I got. After calling several times, they told me they will give me $200 refund few weeks back and I can't seem to find anyone returning my call. Their business phone number is a Google-created phone number. Beware.
