In May 2026, a customer whose new fridge kept tripping the breaker called on a Friday morning and had someone at the house by 10am. A July 2025 reviewer said a floor-heating element stuck on high got a visit within an hour and a 30-minute fix, and in a 2024 review, a family back from a ski trip to no heat said Wayne arrived in less than an hour and set up a workaround to get the heat running. Another 2024 customer said the crew restored power a couple of days before Christmas after a neighbor's tree tore the lines and meter off the house. The bigger jobs are mostly service and EV work. An August 2025 customer had the meter, panel and SEU cable replaced and said Ralphie's gave the best price of four estimates. In 2024 reviews, Wayne and Brad's crew added 240V outlets for an induction stove and dryer along with a Level 2 charger and helped with rebate steps, and another crew upgraded a house to 200-amp service ahead of an EV charger. One 2024 reviewer noted that estimates arrive by text, so the number given should accept texts.
