A January 2026 reviewer described two cleaners working through multiple rooms and accommodating specific requests without hesitation; another in March 2026 had a deep clean done and then kept them on monthly. That is the shape of most of these accounts — a one-time job that turns into a standing appointment. Kitchens and bathrooms get named by customers who bothered to be specific. So does punctuality: on time, shows up when they say, flexible when a date has to move. The written history runs 2021 to 2026, 28 reviews across Google and Thumbtack. Google sits at 4.8 stars from 28 ratings; Thumbtack shows 5.0 from 18, all of them five-star, with Top Pro status and eleven hires booked through the platform. Eleven reviews landed in the last six months, so this is a current history, not a stale one. The thing worth pinning down before booking is scope. In January 2025 a customer rated them three stars and said plainly that they had asked for a deep cleaning and got a surface clean instead — what did get cleaned was done well, but too many places were missed. That is one complaint against a long run of positive ones, and it is more than a year old now, but it is specific and it is about the work itself. Walk the house before they start and agree on what "deep" covers: baseboards, inside the oven, inside the fridge, and interior windows are all on their Thumbtack service list, which is exactly the ambiguity that reviewer ran into.
