Bravo Cleaning Service

Bravo Cleaning Service works out of Dracut, covering the Merrimack Valley from Lowell and Chelmsford up through southern New Hampshire towns like Nashua and Salem. The company says it was established in 2008 and calls itself family-owned, and the reviews back that longevity up — several customers describe the same crew in their home for years, not a one-off visit. The clearest thread across the Google and Thumbtack reviews is thoroughness on deep cleans. One customer described a deep clean that covered multiple rooms and was "incredibly thorough, detail-oriented," with the crew accommodating specific requests. Another, in a review posted in late 2025, described a fifteen-plus-year relationship that includes cleaning every three weeks, seasonal deep cleans, and post-construction cleanup left "as if nothing ever occurred." A separate customer, writing in December 2024, said the crew had been cleaning their house for a decade. On Thumbtack, the company holds Top Pro status with a completed background check and an 11-hire history under a 5.0 average. Not every visit lands the same. One reviewer, in an early-2025 review, said they'd asked for a deep clean and got a surface clean instead — "too many missed places" — while still calling what was cleaned good. It's the lone dissent in an otherwise lopsided record (Google shows 4.8★ from 28 ratings, Thumbtack 5.0★ from 18), so it's worth being specific about what "deep clean" covers before booking. Bravo is a fit for recurring or deep residential cleaning — standard, move-out, and post-construction jobs — across the Merrimack Valley; Thumbtack's listing also shows local moving under 50 miles as an add-on. Confirm exactly what's included in a deep clean, especially for a first visit or a specific problem area.
