Hot Mess Express Cleaning Service

Hot Mess Express Cleaning Service is a Massachusetts company, with coverage into New Hampshire, built around Amanda, the co-owner customers describe answering calls personally, even on a Saturday, and getting them onto a schedule fast. It offers residential, deep, move-in/move-out, Airbnb and post-construction cleaning, plus commercial work for offices, barbershops and salons. The reviews describe the kind of jobs that go beyond a routine tidy-up: a deep clean for a customer's parents with dementia who could only manage surface cleaning, done with care around the products used and including the interior windows, in a June 2025 review; a long-vacant house cleared of dirt, grime and mouse droppings before a family moved in, per a September 2025 review; and dust from a floor refinishing job cleared with 48 hours to spare before a home showing, per a May 2024 review. One family said Amanda took over their weekly cleaning on an antique home after their cleaner of 15 years closed, in a January 2026 review, and another described her using gentle products on painted counters and sealed tubs in an older home. The written record runs from 2022 through this year, rated 5 stars on Google with additional 5.0 ratings on Angi and HomeAdvisor. For a deep clean, a move-in or move-out job, or cleaning up after a home project, this is a company reviewers call back for the next mess; ask about scheduling early since regulars book Amanda's team on recurring slots.
