Brian C. Jackson & Son LLC Exterior Cleaning Specialists

Moss-covered roofs, dirty siding and weathered outdoor surfaces are the jobs homeowners describe hiring Brian C. Jackson & Son for. Based in Hudson, New Hampshire, the company says Brian Jackson started Jackson Contracting in 1988 and established Brian C. Jackson & Son LLC in 2016, when his son Zachary joined the family business. Its stated service area includes Hudson, Nashua, Pelham, Windham, Salem, Derry, Bedford, Amherst, Hooksett, Andover and North Andover. Google gives the business 4.9 stars from 242 ratings. Recent customers describe work that reaches beyond washing the siding: an August 2026 reviewer reported a house wash, roof treatment and gutter-drain cleanout, with clear drains afterward. A May customer described cleaning concrete pool decking while taking care around the garden, and said the company also washed the house and porches every two years. Another May reviewer said Brian explained the cleaning process for a cedar-sided home and brought extra water to reduce strain on the homeowner's well. Customers also describe how the work is explained and scheduled. A June 2026 reviewer said the two workers explained the house wash beforehand, walked around afterward for a final inspection and answered all questions. A May customer, hiring the company for the fourth time, reported siding and window washing and said Brian communicated weather-related schedule shifts. An April reviewer described a next-day consultation about roof moss, followed four days later by roof treatment and gutter shining. In a February 2026 review, a homeowner said the company promptly mitigated ice dams when the roof was leaking. There are specific complaints to weigh alongside that praise. A May 2026 customer liked the house and deck wash but was disappointed that outdoor furniture set out for cleaning was left undone. In September 2022, a reviewer praised the work and price but said residents had been led to expect all 47 homes in a development to be cleaned on one date; high winds interrupted the work, and belongings moved outside got wet in the rain. An April 2022 reviewer described a payment dispute: the customer said they missed an email stating that credit cards were not accepted, offered to return with cash in an hour, and reported that the worker called police before they arrived with payment. That is the customer's account of the encounter.
