In a 2025 review, a customer said Brian came in and within 10 minutes offered cheap and efficient solutions for light fixtures that were burning out bulbs and a sign out front that no longer lit up; the next day he took an hour to replace a light fixture and about 20 minutes to do an initial fix on the sign, and said he would come back if that did not work. In a 2023 review, a customer said Jay provided an emergency connection when a tree took their power line down, with his crew on scene within an hour and the job finished the same day.
Shout out to Brian Silva, electrician from Westboro. Texted Brian this morning about my chirping smoke detector. You know one of those located in the room with 12 foot ceiling. He immediately returned my text and was at my house at 8:15 am. Brian was friendly and looked to find us ways to replace all our Detectors economically. Can’t say enough good things about Brian!!!
Brian was very prompt to reply to my message, and made time to come in and help despite a busy schedule. While my landlords have dragged their feet for almost half a year to solve light fixtures causing my bulbs to literally burn inside, as well as a sign out front that doesn't light up anymore, Brian came in and within 10 minutes offered cheap and efficient solutions. The next day, he came in again and took an hour to replace a light fixture and about 20 minutes to do an initial fix on our sign, with the addendum that if that doesn't work, he'll come back out again and help. Knowledgeable and actually in your corner!
EXCELLENT! Jay provided me with an emergency connection when a tree took my power line down. His crew was on scene within an hour and finished the job same day with first rate work.
