On its BBB profile, Brickliners describes itself as specializing in chimney sweeps, liners, repairs, inspections, leaking chimneys, chimney installations, rebuilds and dryer vent cleaning. Its BBB grade is A+. A 2024 Houzz customer said Joe and his crew helped problem-solve a leaking chimney, and that Joe replaced their chimney liner after a short wait. That 2024 customer said the crew arrived when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards and checked in when the job was completed. The same 2024 customer said Joe later realized on office review that the job needed a different size liner, called them about the error and came right out to correct it at no further charge. A 2024 Houzz customer said it took almost all summer for the company to get back to them about chimney problems. That 2024 customer said the work was eventually done, but a month after they asked about having the chimney sealed, they still had not heard from the person they were told would call. A 2024 commenter in r/burlington wrote, "if you want reasonably priced then don’t use Brickliners." In a 2013 Houzz review, a customer said the two men who came to give an estimate for repairing their chimney after a small fire were knowledgeable and capable.
“lol if you want reasonably priced then don’t use Brickliners.”
We had them to fix our problems with our chimney and it took almost all summer to get back to us they finally did the work and now we need the chimney sealed called them and they said Holden (Sensitive Information Hidden) would call us still have heard nothing from him it has been a month since I am very disappointed with Brickliners
Joe and his crew helped problem solve a leaking chimney problem no one else could!!! Joe came out and replaced our chimney liner, did an excellent job, our wait time for this project was very short. The crew arrived when they said they would, worked very professionally, cleaned up afterwards and checked in with us when job completed. Upon office review Joe realized the work he had done required a different size liner than the one he had placed. Joe immediately called us, told us of the error and came right out to correct the issue at no further charge. We highly recommend Brickliners for any project.
The two men who come to look at our chimney and give us an estimate for repairing it after a small fire were knowledgeable, personable, capable, and pleasant. We will call them again.
