A garage door dented so badly it wouldn't open, fixed for $245 in parts and labor: that is the job one recent customer of Bridgewater-Raynham Overhead Door describes. Joe called back, came over within the hour, set up his saw horses and was done within an hour, and the customer said the door opens and closes great. On Google the business holds 5 stars from 6 ratings. A customer whose overhead doors wouldn't close said Joe showed up the day after the call, fixed the issues and explained the corrections clearly. He also replaced wheel bearings that customer had bought. A 2025 customer said Joe, the owner, arrived within 30 minutes of a dinner-time emergency call and made a temporary repair that got the door working again, with a return visit planned for a permanent fix. A 2025 customer wrote: "Came on time. Was enthusiastic and fair." A 2022 customer said Joe Duarte called back after three different garage door companies never returned the call, came the next day on time, explained the steps needed and why, and was very reasonable in his price.
Highly recommend Joe! Called on a Tuesday and his schedule was such that he showed up the next day, Wednesday. Fixed all the issues that drove me nuts when overhead doors wouldn't close. He also replaced my wheel bearings that I had purchase. Joe did a great job and explained the corrections clearly. I will definitely be reaching out again if issues arise. Thank you Joe!!!
I backed into my garage door before it opened fully and dented it so much that the door wouldn't open. Based on these reviews, I called B-R Overhead Door and Joe called me right back and came over within the hour. He looked at it and thought he could fix it - music to my ears. H said that he had just priced a similar job and replacing both doors with labor was about $4,200. He took out his saw horses and went to work. He was done within an hour and the door opens and closes great. Might even be better than before because he cleaned up some wonky wiring that whoever last touched it did poorly. Parts and labor $245. Very easy-going guy, knowledgeable about his craft, and local. I try hard to support local business because there's too many companies buying up Mom & Pop trade companies and corporatizing them. That can only lead to monopolies and one company setting the price for everything. Also, local owners take more pride in a job well done then someone working for the man.
Joe, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful. I contacted him at dinner time with an emergency issue, and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He quickly made a temporary repair (made the door operable again) and will be returning soon to complete a permanent fix. I highly recommend Bridgewater-Raynham Overhead Door for their prompt, professional service!
