A recent Google customer hired BRS to install a new driveway, said Joe was responsive and gave a quote quickly, and said the job was booked and completed fast. A recent customer said their driveway exceeded expectations and called the company reasonably priced. In a 2022 review, a customer said they got a delivery of five truck loads the very next day and the drivers put the load right where they needed it. A 2023 customer said delivery driver Shawn helped them put a fence back up. Pricing at the yard drew a recent complaint: a customer was told by phone that dropping off cement bricks cost $10 a ton, then learned of a $50 minimum on arrival. A 2025 customer said 17 yards of what was supposed to be loam could not be broken with a metal rake after the first rainfall. In a 2022 review, a past crushed-stone customer said the company's gravel trucks pulled out without stopping or slowing down and said they would not use the company again.

Called day prior to ask price of dropping off cement bricks, was told $10 a ton. Got there with my pickup truck loaded up with the bricks then was informed it was a $50 minimum. Would have been nice to know that information when I called to ask price day prior.
