Bright Clean Windows LLC

Bright Clean Windows describes itself on its website as a locally-owned window washing service that does residential and commercial window cleaning, with screen repairs offered as an additional service. The company says it has been in business for 8 years and names Amherst as its service area. On a recent job, a Google customer said they cleaned the household's many small-paned windows as well as storm windows and screens. According to a recent Google review, they made sure the windows shined and repaired broken screens. A recent customer who hired Chyrel to clean all the windows in the house said she also cleaned gutters that were clogged with debris. In a 2026 review, a customer said Chyrel and her assistant cleaned their windows, some of which required ladder work, and that Chyrel called, emailed and arrived when she said she would, for the price she had estimated. A 2025 review says Chyrel cleaned the windows at the customer's home in Mason and removed stickers that had been on the glass. According to a 2021 review, Chyrel responded quickly to a quote request and was on time, careful and thorough. In a 2025 review, a customer said Chyrel took two broken screens to repair after an estimate, was still running an hour late at 3:40 for a 3:00 Monday appointment, did not text back that Monday to reschedule, and returned the screens only after multiple attempts to get them back. A 2021 customer who hired the business to wash all the outside windows of the house said many windows were missed at first and many panes were left streaked, and that the cleaner ultimately gave a full refund.
