Britewash runs a truck and trailer wash in Kittery, and the company describes its work as cleaning everything from fleet trucks and commercial facilities to a home's siding. It says it has been in business 30 years. A recent Google customer had a truck and trailer washed and said everything came out clean, though the roughly $153 price, tip included, felt a little high. A repeat customer who brings a trash compactor in for an outside wash called the staff professional and friendly. A recent 3-star reviewer said it took nearly two hours to reach the wash bay with two bays down, and paid $70 for a reefer washout. A recent 1-star reviewer wrote that only two people were working, both out back on a single truck, and a sign at the counter refused checks of any kind. A 2025 customer said Connel and Tony did a full wash on the house and deck, showed up early, and praised the price, scheduling and communication with Derrick. A 2025 customer with a Class B RV said a man named Chris, who turned out to be the president, moved the RV to a different line to get it in and out. A 2023 customer said Darren, the wash-bay manager, had a trailer re-washed the next morning after the first wash fell short.
Excellent service! They did a great job washing my truck and trailer, leaving everything clean. The only reason I gave four stars is the price it felt a little high. I paid around $153, including a $20 tip. Overall, excellent service and a thorough wash, but a bit expensive.
One has to wait for hours to get their truck washed because there is only two guys on hand to cater to the huge number of trucks in need of a wash! You need to do better.
Always a good job and done in a timely manner
