Hello there, I have been trying to reach someone at your office to inquire about an estimate but have not been able to reach anyone. I've called and left messages, filled out the request form on your website, and also messaged via Facebook. Your website advertises the following: "You’re not going to hit a ridiculously long phone menu when you call us. Your email isn’t going to the inbox abyss, never to be seen or heard from again. With Brockton Bathroom Remodeling, we provide the exceptional service we’d want to experience ourselves!" I'm just curious how long it usually takes to hear back from someone. Thank you!
