I don’t know who’s in charge but the employees of this business don’t respect the residents who live here at Sunderland Farms. Sunday morning at 8am one of them was driving through our public parking lot at 40-50 mph before pulling into a parking spot next to the building under construction. NOT ACCEPTABLE-CONTROL YOUR EMPLOYEES!!
Whoever was driving the work van today is completely psycho. Going insanely fast being super close to other cars. Tell your employees to learn how to drive since your name is all over the van. Not a good look for a company.
Never return phone calls or emails. They need to come back and fix the job but will not reply.
Called multiple times no one answers took weeks or so to get a return call . Was quoted one price got sent estimate month later for a higher price called to question it and to confirm a date they had given me lucky I did cause they couldn’t do the job when I had already made plans for there work to be done . Every time I call no one answer leave a message on answering machine . This company has gone down hill I told them I will find someone else in my phone message
Embarking on a full home gut project in the midst of a global pandemic has certainly had it's complications and setbacks. We hired Bugbee to insulate our home. While the company faced some expected and unexpected challenges at times, they definitely delivered. Eric was great to work with- he was an excellent communicator and kept us up-to-date on what we could expect and when. Overall, we had a very positive experience working with Bugbee.
