A recent customer whose metal roof Cedar Creek installed 10 years ago said that when two panels slid down, Brad sent a crew the next day to secure them and check the whole ridgeline, and the repair was covered by the warranty. That customer added that at the Overlake condominiums in Burlington, one and a half of three buildings were reroofed under budget with no landscaping damaged. A recent customer selling a house said Brad came out within a day, wrote up a thorough roof evaluation and did not try to sell them a new roof it did not need. A recent customer said the roofers arrived on time to replace a garage roof and cleaned up afterward. On r/burlington, a commenter wrote that Cedar Creek installed their skylights at a fair price after a neighbor recommended them. A 2026 customer said they removed an ice dam at least a foot thick from second-story gutters and shoveled the roof in under an hour. A 2025 customer, a landlord, said Brad arrived with a large crew that finished a big project in a day and a half, and that Brad stayed with the crew the whole time. A 2025 customer said the roof on a South Burlington home was replaced and the site left spotless. A 2024 customer said that after a January wind storm left the roof down to plywood, Brad's crew tarped the back of the house and garage, then removed and re-shingled it in one day in the spring. A 2024 customer said Brad also reinstalled a staircase railing into studs and installed floating shelves in a laundry room. A 2023 customer said Brad's estimate was the price they paid and that not a single flower or shrub was harmed. A 2024 customer said leaks started around 15 years after a Duro-Last roof went on, and that the roofer had not taken the old material off and installed half an inch of insulation where two inches were supposed to go.

Cedar Creek installed my metal roof when my home was built 10 years ago. This past summer workmen building a house next door noticed that two of the panels had slid down. I called Brad, he sent a crew the next day to secure the panels and check the whole ridgeline. He called the next day to explain what the problem had been. The repair was covered by the warranty. I am impressed with his professionalism and am pleased we chose him as our roofing contactor. Subsequently we moved to Overlake condominums in Burlington. When we were looking for a roofer too reroof our aging structures, we chose Cedar Creek necause of his prompt , professional response and thorough assessment of our roof conditions. This summer one and a half of our three buildings were completed. The work was done in a timely manner taking maximum advantage of the weather and was completed under budget. The workmen were respectful of the owners and their property. No landscaping was damaged. The cleanup was excellent, daily and at the end of the job. We are looking forward to having them come back next year to finish the other building and a half. I can't speak Highly enough about Brad LaFountain and his crew.
We were in a pinch to have our roof inspected prior to selling our house. Brad came out within a day, evaluated our roof and wrote up a very thorough evaltuation. Brad was never pushy and did not try to sell us a new roof when it did not need it. Very professional and honest and he will absolutely be my first call when we next need a roof.
