If I could give no stars I would. Let’s talk about what happened today. I’ve been a loyal customer to this company for years ever since I purchased my home I utilize them. I called several weeks ago and they were booked until 23 September. I had an emergency dealing with two kids and a wife that just came home from work and our house smells terrible so I called a competitor. I was be berated on the phone sarcastically hung up on before I called back to plead my case regarding why I didn’t call. Her response. This isn’t loyalty thanks for not calling and thanks for wasting our time. This is what you get when you have an issue, dealing with this company. Buyer Beware

I had a great experience with Byron’s Septic Service! I’m new to the septic world and had a lot of questions, but they were extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Lynsey was very helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Steve was also great when he came out to pump our tank. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the service. I really appreciate how helpful and friendly everyone was. I would definitely recommend Byron’s Septic Service to anyone who needs septic work, and I will absolutely be coming back to them for future service
