What sits behind it is older than the paperwork: the company says Chris Filho brings more than 15 years of hands-on residential remodeling, commercial renovation and construction management work, and he and Elly Filho founded the business together, with Elly as managing director and Chris running field operations. The work they take on is South Shore remodeling: kitchens and bathrooms, whole-house renovations, design-build coordination with an architect, and commercial jobs like office and medical fit-outs and ADA upgrades. The stated service area runs from East Bridgewater out through Bridgewater, Whitman, Hanson, Halifax, Pembroke, Hanover, Rockland, Abington, Plymouth, Marshfield, Norwell, Duxbury and Brockton. BuildZoom scores them 98 — the top 16% of the Massachusetts contractors it tracks — on the strength of a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, CS-096701, which BuildZoom says it verified as active in July 2026. The company separately claims HIC registration since 2008 and OSHA, CPR, NFPA and lift-truck certifications; none of those were confirmed against the issuing bodies here, and the 2008 date belongs to the people, not to this two-year-old-at-most LLC. The honest gap is customer testimony: neither BBB nor BuildZoom carries a single review, so nothing here speaks to how a finished job turns out. If you're considering them, ask to see the CSL and HIC registrations in their own names, ask for addresses of jobs Chris ran before the LLC existed, and go look at one.
