All-Phase Construction Inc

All-Phase Construction Inc. is a roofing and general-construction outfit based in Acushnet, run by Carlos Mota, serving the SouthCoast, Cape Cod and parts of Rhode Island. Its website lists roof replacement, waterproofing and repair alongside new home builds, additions and vinyl siding, says it's been in business 20 years, and names it a certified Roof Maxx dealer. Online review history is thin — a single Angi review from September 2013, five stars, praising Mota for good work and quick response to calls, filed under the business's earlier name, C. Mota Contracting. That name also carries a Better Business Bureau file opened in 2013 as a sole proprietorship, unrated and unaccredited, that flags an "Out-of-Business known or suspected" alert, though the file lists no customer complaints — and the business appears to have since incorporated and rebranded as All-Phase Construction Inc., which has a live company website today and an active Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration in Carlos Mota's name. There isn't enough independent, recent customer feedback to say much beyond that one older review. Given the BBB's stale-looking closure flag under the prior name, it's worth confirming directly that All-Phase Construction is the same active, ongoing operation before booking a larger job.
