Calvary Remodeling

Calvary Remodeling is a Shelton, CT exterior contractor that homeowners hire for siding, windows, gutters and roofs, and it holds 4.9 stars from 50 ratings on both HomeAdvisor and Angi plus an A+ from the BBB. The company says it has been in business for 20 years, and its written reviews run from 2018 to 2025. The older reviews center on Craig, who ran the jobs. In an April 2019 review, a homeowner said the crew re-sided the house and installed four windows in three days, and also rebuilt a front dining room wall with water damage. A September 2019 reviewer listed new windows, siding, soffit, lights and downspouts, and wrote that the job was nearly done a few weeks ahead of schedule. Several 2020 reviewers described Craig checking on the crew daily and the site picked up each evening. The 2024 reviews read much the same. A November 2024 Google reviewer credited Scott and foreman Milton for a roof that started and finished when promised, with a clean site. An October 2024 Angi reviewer had complete window replacement and siding on a 1950s home and called communication a 10 out of 10, and a September 2024 reviewer said the crew worked 12-hour days remodeling a childhood home. A 2024 Reddit commenter on r/Connecticut said Calvary did their roof and that several people they knew had used it. The newest review is a complaint. In October 2025, a homeowner wrote that shingles on a roof Calvary installed in March began popping up; Scott said to give it time to flatten, and eight months later, the reviewer said, a shingle was still lifting and Scott offered excuses instead of a visit. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0668988, is active in the name Calvary Remodeling LLC.
