Campos & Silva Cleaning Services

Campos & Silva Cleaning Services is a Billerica-based house-cleaning outfit run by Mariana and Paulo — the two names that show up, by first name, in nearly every review on file. The company describes itself as locally owned and says it has been in business for about a decade, serving Boston and the surrounding area with routine, deep, bathroom and commercial cleaning. What comes through across the reviews is not a single dramatic save but years of the same small routine done consistently: one client, who says she owns a concierge company and holds "very high standards," has used them for well over a decade and singles out that they "always put everything back exactly where they found it". Others describe multi-year relationships too — over five years, "for years", more than a decade — with recurring notes about thoroughness and going the extra step without being asked. One customer who partly works from home appreciated that the team is respectful and considerate around that; another mentioned they also offer add-ons like yearly window cleaning on request. On Google, the business holds a 5★ average across 38 ratings. There isn't much to flag before calling — the record on file is uniformly positive and doesn't surface a pricing dispute, a missed appointment, or a quality complaint. Worth confirming directly is scope and pricing for a one-off visit versus recurring service, since the reviews describe them as strongest on the latter. Campos & Silva looks like the right call for someone who wants the same one or two people back in their home month after month rather than a rotating crew — the kind of relationship several of these customers have kept for five, ten, even more years.
