Canavan Building and Remodeling

Canavan Building and Remodeling is a Braintree, Massachusetts remodeling company run by John Canavan, offering full home remodels spanning kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions. The company holds an active Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license (#145593), held under the name John T Canavan. BuildZoom lists that same number along with a separate construction-supervisor licence, #CS-089282, and shows 64 completed projects on file. Worth asking about directly: the Better Business Bureau lists the company as a sole proprietorship with 15 years in business, while its own Angi and HomeAdvisor profiles state 31 years of experience for John Canavan — worth clarifying whether the longer figure reflects his personal trade background before this entity was formed. BBB also lists the business as not accredited, with no rating issued. A reasonable fit for Braintree-area homeowners planning a kitchen, bathroom, basement or whole-home remodel who want a licensed, single-operator contractor — confirm current project availability and ask to see recent work directly.
