Outstanding professional and prompt service received from Canyon Springs Landscaping. They completely mulched front and back yards and ringed all flower beds removing past years debris in less than a morning. Their crew were polite and neat in their work. I requested some pea stones and they dropped exactly where I requested. Highly recommended for your landscaping needs. Our home stands out! Thanks to owners Thomas and Ryan
Seasonal cleanup was great, team worked way faster than expected! Thank you!!
I debated leaving a review, and almost didn’t, but I’m outside today dealing with the mess and I’m irritated enough to take the time. Back in the fall, Thomas from Canyon Springs came out to give me a leaf cleanup estimate. He walked the property, chatted to me about how they would approach it (I have a huge yard and live in the woods, so it’s a mess), and gave me the price. I accepted the estimate, and he told me they’d be out some time, but because of the nature of the business, could not give me a firm date, which was fine. He explained that they would want to wait until all the leaves were down off the trees (said there was going to be a lot of wind over the weekend, so that should do it) and they had a bunch of properties on the schedule. It made sense that he couldn’t give me a date, considering the variables, so I accepted that they’d show up when they showed up. They never showed up and I never heard from them again. I realized that they had forgotten about me in November, when the first storm was coming up. So I texted Thomas to ask if I was still on the schedule. He left me on read. Ghosted. So, this spring I realized I was going to need to hire someone to help with the whole soggy wet leaf mess that I didn’t have time to have cleaned up before that storm. I thought it might be a decent gesture to give Crystal Canyon another chance and hire them for the spring cleanup. We all screw up. So, I reached back out to Thomas to see if we could start over, new page, etc. He left me on read again. (Guy, turn your read receipts off, if you’re going to ghost your customers). No, apology, no “sorry, we’re all booked up,” no “Can you remind me who this is?” I was inspired to leave this review because I just started dealing with this mess myself and it sucks. Just mounds of wet leaves that would not have been there if Canyon Springs had done the fall cleanup they agreed to do, or had given me a heads up that they couldn’t make it so I could hire someone else.
These guys have done a couple of difficult projects for me. First was a commercial job, an unusual set of retaining walls with complicated drainage and esthetics to consider. It turned out great! Next was a French drainage system with land grading at my home. Drains look and function great! Haven't had any back yard flooding or water in basement ever since. Professionalism: clear communication, with tools and expertise to do the job right and "get it done". Integrity: projects are done when promised, at the price that was quoted. Craftsmanship: combining problem-solving ability with a great eye for how the project should look at completion. Canyon Springs has transformed my home and business, and I am grateful for their good work.
Two awesome guys showed up real prompt and got me out of this terrible storm we were in, got rid of the huge hump on the end of my driveway and dug me out a nice path for my oil guy. super nice dudes and i would definitely recommend these guys for snow removal and lawn service. top notch :)
