NorthPeak Property Services covers two seasons of yard work: snow removal in winter, lawn care the rest of the year. A recent Google customer says Brock showed up promptly during snow storms to clear out their driveway, and that he offers monthly plans to pay through the year for both lawn services and plowing. A 2026 customer said the company had been taking care of their properties for snow removal and landscaping for going on two years, and that they had never had to ask for any work to be redone. A 2025 customer said their previous lawn care company kept putting them off before they reached out to Brock. That 2025 customer said he took care of their lawns during busy season, came on a Sunday, and charged a reasonable price even though their weeds and grass were out of control. On Google, the business holds 5 stars from 16 ratings.

Brock is very responsive and showed up promptly during snow storms to clear out my driveway ensuring I could always get out and on the road for work. He also offers monthly plans that allows you to pay through the year for both lawn services and plowing. Would highly recommend.

Our previous lawn care company kept putting us off, blaming late winter and rainy spring put him behind. I finally reached out to Brock in June. I am utterly impressed that even though it’s busy season he was able to take care of our lawns. He even came on a Sunday! He did an amazing job and was very thorough. Reasonable price also, even though our weeds and grass was out of control. Thank you Brock. We look forward to with you for all our future needs.
