The absolute best provider of oil on cape. They even came out at 4 PM on New Year’s Eve once when I stupidly let the oil run dry. Always reliable and always great people willing to go above and beyond.

This is a group that really appreciates their customers. And they hang in there no matter how long or cold the winter is at the end of Cape Cod. Without them we’d be choppin wood, which isn’t really bad at all but I digress……Thanks to Cape Cod Oil🙏

It was a crazy hard winter on the Cape and we know you tried! So this criticism comes with the understanding that you were working hard and did communicate with us AND it was an unusual winter. That said, we were on a system to get automatic refills and notifications before our tank got low. We were away for the winter and while we were away we faced multiple crises in which we got a call from you notifying us that we were about to be without oil and your driver could not get up our driveway because of snow. We worked with a local man who plowed us regularly and he came when emergencies arose but we wished you had not cut it quite so close so many times this winter. There were several panicked days of scrambling to ensure we got our street and driveway plowed immediately. If we had been given more warning of our tank getting below 1/2 or 1/3 full we might have avoided those crises and filled up before storms were forecast! That said, we never ran out thanks to your and our plower’s help. We just hope for even more proactive service and communication in the future (and hopefully milder winters!). Thank you
