In a 2019 review, a customer said Greg replaced a broken double garage door right away with a quiet door system, and praised the installing, cleaning up and removal of old materials. A 2021 reviewer said the removal of the old door, installation of the new one and reconnecting of the garage door opener took only a couple of hours. Another 2019 customer who hit the send button on Home Advisor on a Sunday night said Greg called within 30 seconds, came out the next day, gave an estimate and did the work while he was there. On repairs, a 2023 reviewer said he diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and fixed it, and called his price extremely reasonable. A 2021 reviewer described a one man business that came during a snow/sleet storm. A 2020 reviewer with a very old garage and an old door said the work was done all in one week after a fair quote. In a 2020 review, a customer said that within an hour of his garage door repair the door was not working, and wrote that he lacked customer service and follow-up.
