They have had my tabletop for 6 months now. I was told it would be done the end of Aug then September then Halloween. Then after nov17th. Then again by the end of December. I saw she was online and I messaged her and then called and left a message. No response. I'm willing to drive out there and get it. Still no response. She has apologized for being unprofessional but hasn't stepped up.
Cardinal Custom carpentry did a fantastic job of converting our outdoor chair into an ottoman for our balcony furniture set! We are so grateful for their amazing work and would definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone needing custom furniture!!
they have not yet finished the work. i am away and in no hurry for this piece to finished on a strict timeline. they picked up the piece in a timely manner. Very friendly, looked over the piece and explained what they are going to do. So far very pleased
Took my money ($360) and never did the job and stopped communicating with me. Terribly disappointed.
I have never had woodwork done for myself before, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Cardinal Custom helped me bring my vision to life, and I couldn't be happier! The quality of their work is absolutely amazing! If anyone needs work done, I HIGHLY recommend them! I have plaster walls, so it is difficult to nail anything on them. So, for now, I put them on the top of my door frames. But once I'm able to put them where I want them, I will update and take another photo! Thank you so much Angie for these amazing signs! I am truly so grateful!
