John was fantastic and got the job done. Initially, I had another company come out to fix my AC and they determined that I needed a full condenser and air handler replacement. This would have cost me $14k. I reached out to Carefree for another opinion. John was curious about the other tech's assessment and wanted to try and fix it himself. John came out that week, spent a couple hours, and got it working. He even gave me a few pointers and areas to monitor. John takes a personalized touch to his work and I highly recommend Carefree.

I highly recommend Jon and team from Carefree Heating and Cooling. I’ve never dealt with a more responsive and reputable company. It’s tough to get a call back from anyone in this day and age, Not with Carefree! They took care of me like I was family, prioritizing me, educating me on the pros and cons of all of my options as an unbiased 3rd party. Yes that’s right Jon didn’t sell me on something that had the best profit margins, he didn’t recommend something that would require high service costs or labor and he didn’t push me toward replacing units or even both units it was absolutely necessary to replace one. We made decisions together. Jon helped me through the whole process and was so easy to work with. The wife and I were extremely comfortable having Carefree in our home. They were so respectful and there was no clean up! They respected our home like it was their own and even figured out a way to swap outdoor units without disrupting mature shielding landscaping. Bravo guys, Bravo!
