Carpenter

Carpenter is a Taunton general contracting firm whose work runs to commercial projects across Massachusetts, public and private, including 149A prevailing-wage jobs, with residential work alongside it. The company says Allen Carpenter founded it in 2017 and runs it, and counts nine years in business. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry, held under the name Carpenter General Construction Managers, LLC. The fit here is a house project big enough to want a general contractor coordinating trades and inspections rather than a one-day repair. Before signing, get the scope, the schedule and the payment terms in writing, ask who runs your job day to day while the commercial work is going, and ask to speak with a recent residential client.
