The customer praised their thorough cleaning and said the visits had lifted a weight off their shoulders. Catia’s Cleaning Services says it is based in Chicopee and cleans homes and offices, with a stated service area including Springfield, Holyoke, Longmeadow, East Longmeadow, Belchertown, Monson, Ludlow, Agawam, Westfield, Northampton and Amherst. Its website offers free estimates. Customers have hired the team for recurring housekeeping and cleaning after a move. Another July 2024 HomeAdvisor customer described needing a cleanup under a tight deadline: Catia and her team came promptly, worked through hot weather and left the house clean. That customer also praised their communication. In May 2021, a homeowner said Catia and a coworker arrived on time, included the little details and left the home looking fresh; the customer planned to continue with monthly service. A December 2019 customer hired Catia to clean a son’s college apartment while the parent lived in another state. The customer said Catia visited to assess it the next morning, provided a quote, cleaned the apartment and helped organize some belongings. She sent the parent photographs before and after the cleaning.
