Nova VC Construction & Cleaning

Nova VC is two businesses under one roof, and customers hire both: Almir and Gisele Dias's crew remodels the house, and Gisele's cleaning team comes back every other week. A January 2025 Google reviewer described exactly that arc, meeting the couple over a deck proposal and ending up with a deep clean and a standing biweekly visit. The company is woman-owned and family-owned in Chicopee, says it has more than 15 years of experience, and its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (194365) is active. The remodeling accounts are the deeper ones. A June 2023 Google reviewer started with a kitchen in Springfield, then hired them for two bathrooms and another kitchen, then a whole house in Pittsfield; a 2022 customer had windows, insulation, drywall, wood siding replacement and interior and exterior paint done in one engagement; another that year had a leaking roof fixed and both porches given new ceilings, lighting and painted floors. Decks come up in 2021 and 2024, an October 2023 "dream bathroom" was called affordable, and a 2020 customer watched crumbling cement front steps become stone and brick. A November 2021 business owner with construction damage next door said Gisele was at the door within two hours. On the cleaning side, a June 2024 reviewer said the deep clean left the house feeling "like a 5 star hotel," and 2020 and 2023 customers describe window wells, fans and every corner done. Google shows 4.9 from 27 ratings; Angi and HomeAdvisor share one listing at 4.9 from 52. The written reviews run from 2020 to March 2025, nearly all five stars. The reservations are specific: a January 2025 Angi customer rated the workmanship, timeliness and cleanliness above average but said two major aspects of the job were changed without their consent; a 2020 reviewer noted a gutter seam not sealed correctly, fixed promptly on a return visit; and a 2022 Google one-star complained about the company's drivers on the road and rude service, not about any work. The right call in the Pioneer Valley for a kitchen, bath or whole-house update from a crew that also fixes the roof and porches, or for a deep clean after the dust settles. Given the 2025 note, ask that any change to the plan be confirmed with you in writing before it happens.
