In a 2024 review, a renter credited broker Jian — who also manages the property — with a smooth, efficient process and a fee that felt worth it, quick to jump on maintenance requests. A 2022 review told a different story: after promising a callback to arrange apartment showings, broker Elizabeth never followed up and stopped responding to messages. Only two reviews are written out, but Google's own aggregate across all 12 ratings sits at 2★ — considerably lower than either of the two accounts here on its own, suggesting the unwritten ratings skew more negative than what's quoted. Its Massachusetts real estate broker license is active. Worth asking directly which agent would be handling your transaction before committing.

Terrible. Unwelcoming telephone manner by Elizabeth, quite a put off. Missed sending text as she promised in phone call for setting up meeting to see multiple apts she represented, ignored tele msg asking about that, just ghosted by her. Sense I got is she wants to do total minimum in the way of effort, cared not a whit for customer. Run away!
