Two offers in, and the house was theirs. That's how one buyer described their search this past spring, crediting Arian Simaku for working the open houses and knowing what comparable homes were actually asking. Simaku Realty operates from Quincy and describes itself as a residential and commercial brokerage covering Boston, South Boston, Quincy, Braintree, Milton, Needham, Wellesley, Westwood and the North Shore. It's founder-led: the site says Arian Simaku brings more than 25 years as a Realtor, investor, landlord and licensed general contractor, though it names no founding year for the firm itself. The through-line in what clients write is first-time buyers. Sixty-three reviews stretch from 2021 to 2026 across three sources, and Google carries a 5.0 average from 108 ratings. The recent ones circle the same two things — patience, and explaining a purchase in terms someone doing it for the first time can follow. A buyer this June called the whole process easy to understand and low-stress. Another in April pointed at the open-house legwork and pricing homework as what got their offer accepted on the second try. Both sides of a move show up over the longer history too, not just purchases. What's worth pinning down before you sign anything is the credentials, because they're all the company's own account. The site lists CRS, SFR, ABR, SRES and PSA designations plus a Cornell commercial real estate broker certificate, and it claims a real estate broker license and a CSL general contractor license — but no license numbers appear on it, and nothing here has been checked against a state registry. Ask for the numbers and look them up yourself before you commit. The same caution applies to the wider offering. Investment analysis, 1031 exchanges, renovation guidance and ground-up development are how the company describes what it does; the client reviews are about brokerage work — buying, selling, renting. For a first-time buyer in Boston or on the South Shore who wants someone to sit through the open houses and walk each step out loud, sixty-three reviews say much the same thing, and none of them say anything sharp. Confirm the license numbers, and ask up front whether Arian himself or another agent on the team will be running your search.
