CertaPro Painters of Concord & Manchester describes itself on its BBB listing as offering both commercial and residential painting services. Its website lists a service area of Concord, Manchester, Bedford, Bow, Dunbarton, Francestown, Goffstown, Henniker, Hooksett, Hopkinton, New Boston, Pembroke, Weare, Peterborough and Wilton. A recent customer says Shawn upgraded their paint to the best available, and the crew, headed by Santo, handled power washing, siding repairs, priming, 2 coats and cleanup, getting the job done in just a few days, plus a couple of extra repairs the customer was not expecting. Another recent customer says their very old house, which had weathered over the years, now has a whole new sparkle, and that Shawn was very responsive and willing to accommodate a somewhat fluid schedule. A recent customer who had been disappointed by other painters in past years says CertaPro communicated throughout the project, letting them know its plans and when it would not be working due to weather. A recent 4-star review says the crew followed all points of a very detailed contract without additional charges and that site cleanup was perfect. In a 2026 review, a customer said the company had painted their kitchen cabinets off white three years earlier, and that they asked it back in early March 2026 to paint the cabinets in three bathrooms, including the cabinets, walls and ceiling of the master bath.
What a difference a day (well, a few days) makes! Our very old house had significantly weathered over the years but now has a whole new sparkle to it. I hadn't much noticed the getting worn down over time but I do now surely notice the makeover. Shawn has been great to work with - very responsive if any questions came up as well as being willing to accommodate my somewhat fluid schedule yet still provide prompt service. I'm so pleased with the result.
Excellent work. I am very satisfied. I have had to deal with a few different painters in the past years and had been disappointed with their work. Santo, Morenoto and Eduardo where in my mind the A team!!!! CertaPro concord restored my confidence in a painting company. They are professional, on time and pleasant to talk to. They communicated with me through out the project. Letting me know their plans, when they were going to be working and when they were not due to weather. The guys were amazing and worked well as a team. Something you don't see to often. I would highly recommend them. Had a bad experience in the past, don't be scared, dial their number. They will not disappoint you.
It was a great experience dealing with Shawn. He upgraded my paint to the best available. The crew, headed by Santo, did an amazing job from the first day. Power washing, siding repairs, priming, 2 coats, cleanup - and they got the job done in just a few days. Plus they even did couple of extra repairs that I was not expecting. Good job - Well done !
Appreciated the very detailed contract and the crew following all points on the contract without additional charges. Crew was hard working and efficient, staying on job until done. Great crew. Santo was pleasure to work with and kept crew on the move. Site cleanup was perfect. Comment for all painters — when will you stop leaving windows painted shut? Clearing windows of paint seals is a nice final touch.
Three years ago, CertaPro of Concord/Manchester came to our house and painted all of our kitchen cabinets off white (first picture). They did a wonderful job! So, in early March 2026, we asked them to come back and paint the cabinets in our three bathrooms. Just cabinets in the Half Bath and Second Floor bath. Cabinets, walls and ceiling were painted in the Master bath. Again, just a spectacular job done by exceptional paint professionals!
