CG Arborist Services

CG Arborist is a wonderful company, and I highly recommend them. I hired Chris Goulet and his team for a major tree-pruning project on my property, where several trees had grown too close to my home and others had become extremely overgrown. We love our trees, but in the past we had hired tree people who pruned them thoughtlessly or cut them back far too much, without truly understanding the trees themselves. Those experiences made me afraid to trust anyone else with pruning on my property. Chris is different. He is knowledgeable, careful, and able to answer any question you might have about the health and care of your trees. What stood out most to me was how respectful Chris was of our attachment to the trees on our property. He understood that these trees matter to us, and he approached the work with real care. He and his partner worked very well together, bringing in large equipment and moving it across the property with great caution and professionalism. I felt completely confident having them around our trees and our home. They carefully pruned several very large trees, cut back hedges to preserve the natural shape and size we wanted, and cleared branches away from my roof and windows while still paying close attention to the long-term health of the trees. Chris communicates clearly and honestly, follows through on what he promises, and offers a fair price for excellent work. As I write this, I am getting ready to call him again for help with more large trees on our property. If you need a skilled arborist you can trust—especially with trees you truly care about—you will not regret calling CG Arborist. Chris is professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely careful in his work. I recommend Chris and his team without reservation. Sincerely, Therese Kim Northampton MA

We had a tree that was in need of pruning and we are very happy with the service that CG Arborist provided. Chris responded to our inquiry promptly and provided great communication during the process. We would use the service in the future.

I could not be more pleased with the work CG Arborist did at my house!! I had a large maple tree that was dying taken down in my front yard and had a huge arborvitae hedge on the side of my house trimmed and reshaped. Chris and his crew are extremely hard workers with great attention to detail. Chris' expertise was exceptional and also barely left a trace that they had been a my property. CG Aborist was professional, personable and reliable. I would highly recommend them and would unquestionably use their services again should the need arise.

We were looking to get both sides of a hedge along the side of our property trimmed; I reached out to a number of companies and was either ignored or told no, until Chris! Chris was friendly, communicative, and did a great job trimming the hedge and cleaning up. Would absolutely recommend and hire again.

I had Chris from CG Arborist Services to my home/yard to trim a fruit and other tree. I found Chris to be very communicative, timely and particular in completing the job as quoted. It's nice to engage a local service and with Chris, he is clearly knowledgeable, amiable, and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone seeking true pruning/trimming of your precious trees and shrubs.
