Stepside Landscape & Lawn Solutions

I had two large shrubs removed by Chu and his employees that have been giving me issues with bugs for months. They showed up and got the job done very efficiently and at a reasonable price. After they removed said shrubs they also trimmed the surrounding bushes and did a fantastic job! definitely having them service my property these coming seasons.

I have been acquainted with this young man early this summer 2020! He's been quite polite and has done a great clean up job. He's done a nice job edging and trimming my small floral brush besides trimming my 24 14ft Arborvitae! I've read some distasteful reviews which I found difficult to believe. I am 74 and maybe not very demanding but I've not found him difficult to work with. One person mentioned he was upset when he did not get paid when he was done. I would think I would also. It's a long day and a tough dirty job! Treat everyone as you would like to be treated!

Chu and his team were AWESOME! I hired them last summer to trim my trees. They did a GREAT JOB! Chu has an artists eye and opened my yard up in a way I hadn’t imagined. He brought in tons of light. It was exactly what I wanted and more! These workers were fast, efficient and left the yard SPOTLESS! Also, they are extremely polite, courteous and always returned my texts in timely manner! I knew I would have them back in fall. I hired them last week to clear the Leaves out of my chocked gutters and yard. They did A FANTASTIC JOB! Yard is gorgeous and I didn’t have to break a sweat! I will always hire this company for all my coming yard needs! THESE GUYS ROCK!

I’m very disappointed in the lack of communication, follow-through and consideration from the business owner. Chhaun told me he would be able to do a lawn service I requested, then never came. I was patient and reminded him the second week, after which he apologized for the delay and assured me it would be done that week. He knew I was waiting for my yard to be taken care of to show my rental apt, but he still hadn’t completed the work by Friday and then said I was pressuring him when I inquired about it again. After promising he could do it the next morning before my showing, he instead blew me off and didn’t respond to my text simply asking if he was coming. He also stopped mowing after Sept 4th with no explanation, after coming 1x month instead of bi-weekly, which I just let go. As a customer of 2 years who had recommended him to others, I was really taken aback at the callousness and immaturity of this last interaction. I will gladly find another landscaper who doesn’t treat me as last priority and whose word means something.

I spoke to Chhuan at maybe 8 am, and had an estimate shortly after that. He sent me pics of my freshly mowed and beautiful lawn that afternoon because he did me the favor of fitting me in. Outstanding service, fully insured, and unbelievably reasonable pricing. I highly recommend his services! Five stars all the way
