Champ Khoxayo Carpentry says on its HomeAdvisor profile that Champ has over 30 years of carpentry experience and serves Nashua and surrounding neighborhoods. In a 2018 review, a customer said Champ had done general carpentry work around their home for the past two years, and that year took on restoration of their front entry way with elaborate architectural columns, routing out custom moldings in a combination of rot resistant Cedar and Azak. In a 2016 review, a customer described a new kitchen and bath: Champ did the demo, framed the new walls, put the sub-floor down, put down the tiles and hung every one of the cabinets they had ordered from Home Depot, and that customer said he gave them a price and an approximate timeline and stuck to both. A 2019 reviewer renovating an antique home said Champ was able to marry old and new materials together beautifully and was willing to make changes when that reviewer wanted them. In a 2017 review, a customer said Champ installed prefinished cherry railings onto prefinished cherry floors and made all the correct measurements and cuts without damaging anything. In a separate 2016 review, a customer said Champ took down a wall between the kitchen and dining room, repaired the flooring, walls and ceiling so you can't tell there was a wall there, and added wainscoting to both rooms. In a 2018 review, a customer said bamboo flooring Champ installed started buckling in multiple places; that customer said two other carpenters found he had not installed it properly, and that he had not responded to their requests to return their house key.

It went very well, and I will contract with this individual again.
Work performed was awesome! Champ did a great job and was also kind enough to cut and install door trim that wasn’t previously discussed. Would definitely hire again!
Work was done in 3 hours. Door had been ordered ahead of time. Good job.
Champ did a excellent job.this is the 2nd time we had him do some work for us and we couldn't be happier. He is very professional and just a great guy. We know who to call for any future work, we were very impressed with his skills.
This is the third antique home I've renovated. There isn't much I haven't dealt with trying to fix or improve and I've met and worked with more contractors than I can remember. One of the things I really appreciated about Champ was his patience. Antique homes are very challenging. And not all carpenters are up for the challenge of working with walls and floors that aren't level and plum like new construction is. Champ was able to marry old and new materials together beautifully and without becoming frustrated by the amount of time it took to make things right. He's also someone who can go with the flow. If it turned out I didn't like how my first idea was panning out and I wanted to make changes, Champ was very willing to make those changes happen. Not that I've done this a lot. But sometimes with big renovations things don't look how you thought they might and you want to change things up. I've had contractors get very testy about such things. Champ is very patient and kind and wants the job to be done to the homeowner's satisfaction. Another big problem I've had with contractors is how much time they take to get a job done. So many start a job, say they'll be back the next day then you don't see them for a week. I've had work done that should have only take a few days that dragged out for weeks. I've had jobs that should have taken weeks, drag on for months. Champ doesn't do that. He starts a job and shows up every day until it's completely. Last but certainly not least, Champ is very reasonably priced. Never once did he say to me that this or that took more time or materials so the price has to go up. I've had that happen with others more than once. I would recommend Champ Khoxayo Carpentry to anyone. Pictures below
