Amazing experience using Chenail for yard grading, irrigation installation and sod installation. Their team was very responsible, efficient and professional. They were incredibly flexible as our timeline shifted due to other aspects of our backyard project.
I have been using their lawncare services for several years and did the prepay option which saves 10%. Last year I added the aeration and seeding to my prepaid services. This year I asked if that option would be available again and received an email stating it would be (see below). As I never received an invoice for the prepay, I emailed at the beginning of March requesting it, no response. I called today and was told there was not a prepay option and I could not now prepay for any services because the discounts had expired. I will no longer use them and am so disappointed by their service to this long time customer. Update: The customer service manager reached after seeing this review and did offer to honor any discounts. I declined. I feel it should have been offered from the get go and not because of a review, but I did want to be fair and update that they reached out.
