In my experience, Kristof proved to be unreliable and couldn't commit to what I thought would be an easy sink unclog/repair. He didn't show up at our original time, and made the excuse that I didn't provide my address which I had clearly stated to him over the phone. I tried rescheduling with him and provided my address again, and got no response to confirm our plan to meet yet he showed up expecting me to be on the same page and present/prepared to have my sink looked at, which I wasn't. I told him sorry for the miscommunication and tried to reschedule yet again and he blows me off, saying "no sorry I'm quite busy, good luck 👍"

I decided to call Chilinski plumbing after I read all the good reviews here and I had a very good experience with with them. I had a very small plumbing issue, and at the same time, I was looking for a new plumber. I called them and left a message and was hoping for a returned call, especially since it was a minor repair. They called me back, and they were able to addres my plumbing issue within a reasonable amount of time. I will be using Chilinski from now on for my Gloucester property.
