Chilinski Plumbing & Heating is a family-operated plumbing and heating contractor based in Gloucester that says it has served Cape Ann and the North Shore for more than 30 years, handling repair, maintenance, and new installation work. The public review record is small — six reviews from 2022 through 2025 — and mixed enough to be worth reading closely rather than taking the star average at face value. On the positive side, a 2025 review describes the plumber, Chris, working smoothly alongside a general contractor on a bathroom renovation, completing his portion of the work promptly at each stage. An earlier review, from 2023, describes fast, effective help with a water pressure problem. A few other reviews on file are shorter and less specific but still positive. On the other side, a 2025 review is a real complaint: the customer said the plumber — named Kristof in that account — didn't show up for an original appointment, then blamed a mix-up over the address for the miss, which made it hard to get the job rescheduled. Given how few reviews there are to draw on, it's hard to say how representative either experience is. A homeowner considering Chilinski should confirm appointment details directly and clearly, and ask for recent references given the mixed signal here.
