My husband scheduled an appointment for a pump out a few days in advance. They were a no show. My husband tried calling several times the Friday they were supposed to show up and the Monday after. No answer. No call back. Just blew us off. If they were too busy they could have let us know so that we could have scheduled with someone else to get this done sooner rather than later.
Highly recommend this company! My septic tank needed to be pumped out on Mother's Day. I called these guys and they were out at my house within 2 hours. Just in time before we had company coming over. Not only are they very reasonably priced for a pump out, but they did not charge an emergency fee because it was a Sunday. The gentleman that came over to pump our septic tank was very knowledgeable and super friendly. We will be using this company from now on!
