Circle B Barns describes itself on its own website as a full-service agricultural building company serving greater New England, with projects ranging from large indoor riding complexes with stalls to smaller stall barns for pleasure horses, and says it has been in business 37 years. In a 2021 forum post, a customer said Circle B Barns out of Lancaster built them a 30x40 barn in Massachusetts and allowed them to do a lot of the work themselves to help control costs. In a 2023 review, a customer said Tom and his crew put up a workshop and were always there and on schedule. Another 2023 review said the company made barn windows to measurements taken over the phone and shipped them to Colorado. In a 2024 review, a customer said a panel fell from the ceiling into their horse's stall in a barn that had been 95% done for a while, and that one of the doors had rotted around the window after 6 years. In a 2023 review, a customer said they had been trying since October 2015 to get a barn built, that calls went unreturned and no workers came to install doors, and that different sets of sub-contractors showed up with no coordination. In a 2022 review, a prospective customer said a rep promised a floor plan that evening and then did not respond to repeated emails for months.
“I just had a 30x40 barn built here in Mass by Circle B Barns out of Lancaster. I had considered Morton, but I really didn't want the metal building look and the cost was considerably more. Circle B allowed me to do a lot of the work myself which helped control some of my costs and may not be an option for you.”
“I had it built by Circle B Barns out of Lancaster, Ma.”
Its a great place to workout great group of people i like the options u have there
Great design and attention to detail. RGB
Totally agree with the woman who said she can't get her barn finished and tonight a panel fell from the ceiling in my horse's stall (my barn has been 95% done for a while now) fortunately not hitting him but scaring all the horses in the barn half to death. This kind of thing should never happen ...And now only 6 years later one of the doors is completely rotted and falling apart around the window. Whereas in my "old" barn, which was built in 1996 none of this rotting is happening anywhere.
Find another barn builder! I have been trying to build a barn with them since October 2015... it is now June 23, 2016. Today I have called them at least 10-15 times. I asked them over a week ago when the floor would be ready for workers to install doors -- no workers, no call back, no schedule. They are totally unreliable. Never return calls is either the phone's fault or a virus in their email system. The owner who I think is overseeing the process responds to questions 10 days later holding up the project. Never show when they say they will, send different sets of sub-contractors - no coordination. They pull your workers off your barn to work on another owner's barn. I am beyond frustrated. They take care of larger barn customers over yours. Please if you want a barn built in a timely manner - please look elsewhere.
We ordered barn windows from Circle B---we measured with them on the phone with us, and had them made and shipped all the way to Colorado. There is nothing as good out our way. Everything was perfect! Thanks so much, Circle B!
