Custom cutting comes up constantly — a customer in April 2026 ordered a glass top for a buffet cabinet and said the measurements came back exact. Shower enclosures are the other half of the home side. Reviewers in the spring of 2025 described walking a showroom, picking doors with the office, and having installers fit enclosures in two bathrooms; one in July 2026 had an adjustment issue and had the original installer back inside a two-hour window, sorted in half an hour. Speed on breakage is a recurring theme too: a shattered house window covered and repaired the same day, a vandalized rear hatch boarded ahead of snow and finished in about two hours. Two things to weigh. First, a good share of the 136 Google ratings come from automotive work — windshields, side windows, a boat window at a marina, custom cuts for a 1934 Chevy — so the home-services track record, while real, is thinner than the raw count suggests. Second, the complaints that exist are about follow-through rather than craft.
