Its Houzz profile says the company was founded in 1976 by Charles Lepper Jr. and names a contract with Yale University among its jobs. On its own website, the company says it has completed work all over the Greater New Haven Area for decades, and it lists a service area that includes Hamden, North Haven, Cheshire, Woodbridge, Bethany, New Haven, Guilford, Madison and West Haven. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0626992, as inactive due to non-renewal, held by CL Home Improvements LLC.
