What stands in place of customer comment is trade evidence: a November 2018 LinkedIn post from a Profile Products representative showed Flexterra hydraulic mulch applied to an MSE retaining wall in Massachusetts by this company, credited alongside the wall contractor and the bag supplier — the kind of engineered slope work a residential lawn crew doesn't get called for. Angi and HomeAdvisor list a Massachusetts Association of Lawncare Professionals membership, and the BBB accredited the business in June 2026 at A+. Two things to pin down before booking. The site's footer prints "License #: 0034331" without saying which registry issued it, and nothing here was checked against a state registry — treat that number as the company's own statement and ask what it covers, especially for the tick, mosquito and fertilization side of the work. Then ask how the 2022 change of ownership sits beside the "over 35 years" on the homepage: the company's history is long, the current ownership is four years old. A narrow specialist rather than a general landscaper — the right call for a graded lot that needs grass fast or a slope that needs to hold. With no homeowner having written anything down, ask for two recent local jobs you can go and look at.
